The Livewell Media started in 2019 as a photo shoot in the island of Yasawa, Fiji. In a trip to figure out our next step in business, Joanna Otero and me Guillermo Otero -Gio, decided to embark in the idea of building a community to invite to retreats to locations like the one we were in, so we started creating content with that intention. We peaked the curiosity of the manager of the hotel and he offered an exchange for the images, we agreed and had the most VIP experience and documented it. That turned into other opportunities creating content, and for some, building a website for such content. The evolution has taken us from there, to our own video and content studio in the heart of the lantern village of Dana Point, CA.

Ten years of YouTube-first work, 75+ clients, and one long financial-advisor engagement taught us where the money actually leaks in a service business: not in the content, but in what happens after someone raises their hand. So we became the thing we kept building for clients on the side — an Acquisition & Operations Systems Studio. We find where your operations and acquisition systems leak, build the fix, and keep rebuilding as the business grows and the needs change. AI is your tool, not your replacement.
